About
At Buckridge Dairy, our ice cream begins with fresh milk from our cows, who graze on lush pasture in the heart of the Blackmore Vale - less than 4 miles from Sturminster Newton.
We are second generation farmers, passionate about the land and proud of our herd. The care we give our cows is at the heart of everything we do, and it is their high-quality milk that makes our ice cream so rich, creamy and full of flavour.
All our ice cream is made in small-batches just yards from the milking parlour - from the fields to the freezer, it all happens right here on farm!

BUCKRIDGE
ORIGINAL
Our signature flavour. Creamy, delicately sweet ice cream celebrating the taste of British milk, fresh from our own cows. A perfect base for toppings, pairings, or just enjoying on its own in all its milky glory.
STRAWBERRIES
& CREAM
A true British classic, the Buckridge way. Sweet, juicy strawberries swirled through our signature Buckridge Original. The perfect pair, like summer in a scoop whatever the weather.
HONEYCOMB
Crunchy pieces of honeycomb folded into our creamy Buckridge Original and drizzled with toffee sauce. Sweet, golden and seriously moreish.
SALTED CARAMEL
SWIRL
Our signature Buckridge Original ice cream laced with silky salted caramel. Sweet and gently salted, this classic is comforting, balanced, and quietly indulgent.
MADAGASCAN
VANILLA
Madagascan Vanilla infused through our Buckridge Original. A timeless favourite - bold, creamy and endlessly comforting.

A luscious white chocolate flavour Buckridge Original ice cream with vibrant ribbons of raspberry ripple. Another classic favourite with a Buckridge twist.
